Soup is a healthy food in winter. Spices in it are good for our immune system, while vegetables are also beneficial. Here is the lentil lentils soup, which also has the benefits of protein.
material
2 tbsps olive oil
4 onions finely cut
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp Coriander Powder
2 buds garlic
2 potatoes were boiled and chopped
1 tbsp Powder Vegetable Stock
2 cups lentils (soaked)
1/4 cup coriander
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Method
First, pour ghee into the pan and fry the onion and when it becomes golden brown, remove half the onion and keep aside.
Then add cumin, coriander powder garlic in it and cook for 1 minute so that it starts flavors.
Now add potatoes and vegetable stock to it and cook it for 10 minutes.
When the potatoes are well mixed, then put pulses and cook it till it melts well. Mix the water according to the need.
Once the soup is cooked, mix it in a mixer and grind it like a soup.
Put this soup in the bowl and serve it by garnishing it with freshly fried onions and coriander.
